- Humans cannot survive the atmosphere on Pandora because Pandora does not produce oxygen. All humans must wear an air mask before going outside.
- Humans cannot jump as far or run as fast as Na'vi.
- Humans can only train an animal and cannot connect with them.
- Humans can easily be hurt by any of the creatures on Pandora.
