The Past
----------------------------------------------
Parents:
Konstantine McMahon - Forty-Seven - Was not with her two children, it has been over eleven years since she‘s been able to contact either of them. She’s a compassionate, loving woman.
Eliada’s step father is Augustus McMahon - Fifty-Two - He is with his wife, Konstantine… hopefully on the correct planet. Augustus gives Andrew the compulsive, manipulative traits that Eliada lacks.
Her father is Dean Adler, deceased. Eliada knows little of him.
Siblings: Half Brother - Andrew McMahon - Nineteen years old, working now on Pandora to become an avatar. He‘s the opposite of his sister both in perspective to the natives and his way of dealing with situations.
Close Enough to Family: Eliada‘s friendly, but not open to others besides her step-brother, who is disliked by many for his rash actions and vulgar attitude. She keeps to what she does best: her work.
Pets: None
Major: Botany - Minor: Psychology
History:
Eliada was born on Earth during it’s early years of downfall to her mother, (then) Konstantine Adler, and a father named Dean Adler. Eliada knows very little about her father, except for a picture she found much later in life in a small box under her mother’s bed. He had wavy light blonde hair and bright blues eyes, with a smile that suggested a kindness that seemed extremely against Eliada’s mother’s taste in men. Konstantine seemed to only go for the darker, twisted men that Eliada had known of. When Eliada was two years old her mother became pregnant with a man by the name of Augustus McMahon’s child. Andrew McMahon was born nine months later, but it wasn’t until five years after that until the two decided to marry. In-between that time Konstantine went through numerous scumbag boyfriends that Eliada had always protected her little brother from. Augustus was alright - he was cocky and manipulative, but Andrew loved him, so Eliada naturally put up with his ego.
Eliada went on to alchemic success, as did Andrew - but he in a different way. While Eliada was bright, personable, and popular, Andrew had turned out quite easily to be the ‘bad seed’. They even attended Harvard together after Eliada‘s initial two years, both on scholarship money awarded for academic excellence… but Andrew was quickly thrown out, and he found an education elsewhere, in a college more lenient with his partying habits.
After this the Earth began to shift, turn out worse than ever before. Eliada and Andrew said goodbye to their mother and Augustus, assuming they’d see them fairly soon - mentally, at least, for physically they’d have to wait eleven years. Unfortunately it was the wrong ship that the brother-sister pair boarded, sending them rather to Pandora than to their destination. Eliada’s now working as one of the head scientists, while Andrew works steadily on the Avatar Program.

Personality:
Eliada is a good natured ‘lover not a fighter’ type. Her very first trip out into the forests of Pandora blew her mind entirely, and often she can be found merely staring at the glowing samples that have previously been collected from the earth - before they lose their unknown power source and die, possibly from the oxygen (a mishap that’s still being worked on). Before she was trapped on this odd alien planet, Eliada sketched, and stayed mostly at school. She’s a simple goal-oriented woman, who despite her attractive appearance never seems to have luck with men. Something about her demeanor, the way she walks, talks, speaks, throws them off. Eliada’s not sexy, certainly not flirtatious, and until she was dropped onto Pandora, not a single interesting things happened to her - well, except bailing her brother out of trouble constantly.
Her ‘boring’ nature isn’t to say that she doesn’t have friends - Eliada seems to always make friends, wherever she goes. It just seems that usually they’re ‘good friends’, or acquaintances… never really the strong lasting relationships that most people seek. Eliada doesn’t seem to yearn for those relationships, either, choosing to keep her trust in only one - on the current planet, at least. Because she only has ties to one, Eliada is extremely protective and loyal to Andrew.
Feelings toward the Na'vi: Eliada's interested, she wanted to join the Avatar program herself at first, but was asked to stay behind with the science. Once Andrew has passed she hopes they can explore together. Her with her oxygen mask, of course.
Feelings about Pandora: Eliada fears that they will never get to see their loved ones again, and respects the Na'vi. She fears them in a way, as well, for Eliada senses that the humans are going to doing something stupid... it's their race, after all.
Response to Authority: Unless things upset her morals or involve her brother, Eliada is extremely respectful.
Aspirations: Learn and leave before they end up hurting themselves.
Special Talents: Compassion

RP Experience: Seven Months (I've been writing my entire life though. Don't count me out because of my lack of years. I've been told I seem more experienced than that number would allude to.)
- One of the apps I was looking at required a example post, so just in case I'll include one here, along with a explination.

My Character is Walden Macnair, (if you’ve read, he’s canon later in the books. The executioner of Buckbeak. The character’s supposed to show that the successful who stayed loyal got nothing after the Dark Lord fell) he’s a Inner Circle Death Eater. His wife, Sookie, died 10 years previously, giving birth to his son, Adam. Adam died a few months later in Walden’s arms. He went a little crazy, became secluded and joined ranks with the Death Eaters. His best friend, more like brother, that he’d connected with as in a childhood gang during WWII in Nazi Germany, Moritz just died. This is when Walden hears the news, and meets Mortiz’s widowed wife and child on a Beach through a hallucination.
Walden stumbled a little in his stride, bringing two large tanned hands up to cover his face. He didn’t understand, not really. Everything seemed to be pushing at the seams lately, what with Sookie yet again being forced into his thoughts by that condescending teenaged girl, and then the sudden appearance of his long lost companion. He’d lived now for so long without a single breath of air, unaware of his inhuman thoughtless presence, that now that he’d been reminded he was suddenly gasping desperately for some sort of substance. Yet both the girl and Moritz had left Walden eventually, leaving him alone, with nothing to fall back on but a set of newly opened eyes towards the unavoidable truth; there was nothing, no one, darkness.
Walden vaguely realized that he’d traveled, completely unaware of his current location. It’s too long since he’d traveled, strayed from the Ministry, his home, or the path between them. His eyes were red, and his face unshaven. After Moritz had left, Walden had glanced into the mirror for the first time in years, and had stared deeply into the hollowed emotionless eyes. His leather boots dug deep into the sand, and his jeans were already splattered with mud, most likely from a different route on his journey.
Eventually, the sound of crashing waves waking him from the deafening roaring of thoughts, Walden removed his hands, blinking quickly against the bright light of the sun. His clouded eyes scanned his surroundings, taking finally exactly where he’d traveled to. The Beach, her beach… Instantly Walden’s gaze landed upon a figure seated in the sand, in her hands a beautiful baby. Her long blonde hair blew in the salt sea wind, and beside the two was a basket. The woman turned a looked at Walden, her face sending his entire form into uncontrollable shivers, for it was a face that he would never forget- could never forget; Sookie. The baby suddenly began to cry, scream; not the whaling of a normal discontent child, but of that of a baby being tortured, beaten… dying…
“Adam,” came a voice, presumably his own, although Walden paid no attention to this fact, his sight readjusting and landing on the two figures again. Only they were different… it was a woman, with a similar shade of long hair as Sookie’s… but it wasn’t. He would know her hair from any other in the world, even the way it was lifted by the wind was a signature in Walden’s memory. Without a single consideration towards his actions, Walden began to approach the woman, only noticing her tears once he grew closer.
